Staged certification pathway — from Associate Executive Coach (AEC) to Professional Corporate Executive Coach (PCEC)

Milestone 2A — AEC (Months 3–12)

  • Foundational coach-specific education
  • Initial logged practice hours
  • Entry-level portfolio review
  • Phase 2A proficiency self-evaluation

Milestone 2B — PCEC (Year 1–2)

  • 100 hours documented practice (50 exec, 50 enterprise)
  • 60–100 hours education (50% business-focused)
